Prime Source provides standard recruiting services.

Permanent Placement
When an applicant introduced by Prime Source is offered a permanent employment, the Prime Source fee for the placement is one month’s gross salary (including all cash allowances).

Probation Period
Each placed candidate will be covered by a three-month probationary period guarantee. If the candidate fails to complete the probationary period of 90 days due to resignation or termination, replacement will be provided within two weeks of the client’s confirmation in writing, if not the agency fee paid; less temporary service charges for the period of the applicant’s employment will be refunded.

Temporary Placements
Our fee for temporary placement is 25% of the employees take home salary for the total period of temporary employment. The temporary fee becomes payable at the end of the assignment or monthly, whichever occurs first. The fee is payable immediately.

Change of Status
Should the temporary employee accept a permanent position with the client in addition to any previous temporary fees paid, a full permanent fee (detailed above) will become payable.

Source Process
Prime Source will require 48 hours to source screen and prepare a list of short listed candidates ready to be interviewed. If required we will advertise in the leading News Paper in UAE and also advertise on Prime Source website.
